Granite worktops, masses of storage and under floor heating. The large spacious lounge has Sky, Broadband. 42" plasma TV with DVD player. I-pod docking station. Full linen and towels provided Tennis Court private to the house Large garden with views of the River Camel with access to Daymer Bay via two fields and St Enodoc golf course. Large gas BBQ. Plenty of Parking Cloakroom downstairs, w.c. and shower in wet room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

older style construction, Lowingfold has been beautifully renovated and
equipped on the inside and the view and gardens are really
impressive. Lowingfold has wonderful gardens, patio and a private tennis
court. Lowingfold boasts unrivalled views across the river towards Trevose
Head. The house has been in the same family for over 40 years and has one
of the best positions in Trebetherick with unrivalled views of Daymer Bay
and the Camel Estuary. It has recently undergone total refurbishment with
new kitchens, bathroom, soft furnishings, etc We have a No Pets and No Smoking policy at Lowingfold, thank you! |
